Our Philosophy

We believe that true luxury is not defined by excess —
but by clarity, intention, and the quality of experience.

LUXIUM was created with a simple idea:
when every detail is considered, every moment feels different.

The name is derived from the Latin word lux — light.
A symbol of direction, refinement, and quiet confidence.

We approach travel as more than movement between destinations.
It is a sequence of experiences — carefully composed, intentionally paced, and personally aligned.

About LUXIUM

Luxium is a private travel and lifestyle company dedicated to creating highly personalized and discreet experiences. We work with clients who value time, precision, and excellence—where everything unfolds seamlessly, without the need to ask.

Our role extends far beyond arranging travel. We represent our clients at every stage of their journey, ensuring that each detail is anticipated and every experience aligns perfectly with personal preferences and lifestyle rhythms—often exceeding expectations.

From private aviation and exclusive accommodations to curated dining, wellness, meaningful experiences, and invitation-only access, every aspect is handled with care. You are personally represented at all times; your only responsibility is to arrive and fully enjoy the moment.

Human Connection

Access matters. But understanding people is what transforms service into something meaningful.

Authenticity

Not what is popular — but what is real, rare, and relevant to you.

Time

Luxury today is the ability to move without pressure — to experience without interruption.

The Essence

Less is more.

Olga Rykova

Founder of Luxium

I was born and raised in Siberia, where I developed an early curiosity for the world beyond my surroundings. At 18, I moved to New York, and that decision shaped everything that followed. The city’s energy, diversity, and constant movement opened a new perspective on what life could be.

My professional journey began in hospitality at an Italian restaurant in Tribeca. Starting as a waitress, I quickly moved into management, and within two years became General Manager. By the age of 21, I was entrusted with overseeing a second restaurant within the same group. That period taught me discipline, resilience, and how to operate under pressure while maintaining a high standard of service.

At the same time, I immersed myself in learning—studying wine and earning a sommelier certification, mastering multiple languages, and balancing a wide range of interests, from music and sports to dance, while completing a degree in Finance. I was always drawn to growth, movement, and new experiences.

A decade in New York connected me with people from all over the world and deepened my appreciation for different cultures, traditions, and ways of living. Travel became a natural extension of that curiosity. I began collecting experiences—private moments, unique access, and authentic encounters that felt personal and meaningful.

I later joined Four Seasons, where I worked in both operational management and guest experience roles in Miami and New York. Beyond overseeing daily operations, I focused on curating highly personalized experiences for international and VIP guests—anticipating needs, securing access, and designing each stay with precision and discretion.

Over time, this became my signature: understanding what each person truly values, and translating that into experiences that feel seamless, thoughtful, and entirely their own.

Luxium was created from this perspective—bringing together global travel, personal connections, and a highly attentive approach to detail. It is built on the belief that the most meaningful experiences are not the most obvious ones, but the ones that are carefully considered and perfectly aligned

Yulia Meliksetyan

Director of Operations & Client Experience

Sharing the same Siberian roots as Olga, I grew up with a strong sense of discipline, resilience, and responsibility—qualities that continue to define my approach to both operations and client service.
After moving to the United States, my career expanded beyond hospitality into business development, operations, and project management across the construction and real estate industries. I led multi-state operations, built strategic partnerships, and managed complex projects from concept to completion. Those experiences strengthened my ability to organize, anticipate challenges, and deliver consistently under pressure.

While my professional path evolved, one thing remained constant: I have always been most fulfilled by working closely with people. Whether coordinating large-scale operations or managing the smallest details behind the scenes, I believe exceptional service is built on trust, communication, and thoughtful execution.

Joining Luxium brought those two worlds together—hospitality and operational excellence.

As Director of Operations & Client Experience, I oversee the planning and coordination behind every journey, ensuring each itinerary is executed with precision, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail. Working closely with Olga, I help transform ideas into seamless experiences, so every client can simply enjoy the journey, knowing every detail has already been thoughtfully arranged.
